DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I am not currently in-network with insurance panels. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If you are interested in using out-of-network benefits, a helpful first step is to contact your insurance provider using the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?Can I use an out-of-network therapist?What percentage of the fee will be reimbursed?Is there a deductible I must meet first?How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?
HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?
Psychotherapy services provided through Therapy Unscripted. Individual therapy sessions are $175 for a standard 50-minute session. Couples therapy sessions are $225 for a standard 50-minute session.In addition to traditional session lengths, I can also offer customized pricing for extended 100-minute sessions or shorter 25-minute sessions depending on your needs, goals, and scheduling preferences.I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible and maintain a limited number of sliding scale openings for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale availability is handled on a case-by-case basis and depends on current availability, clinical fit, and individual therapy needs. Yes. Protecting your privacy and confidentiality is an essential part of the therapeutic relationship. Therapy sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms designed to help safeguard your personal information and privacy.What you share in therapy is kept confidential, with a few legally mandated exceptions. These exceptions may include situations involving imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elder, or when disclosure is otherwise required by law or court order.
